How to Request Deletion

If you can sign in to CentreCareOS, parent users can request account deletion from the mobile app or web app settings. In the mobile app, go to Settings and choose Request Account Deletion.

You can also request deletion by emailing us at privacy@centrecareos.com. Include the email address associated with your CentreCareOS account and the school or care organization you are connected to.

What Happens Next

• We review the request and may verify account ownership before making changes.
• Parent account removal requests may be routed to the connected school administrator because schools may need to retain childcare, attendance, billing, safety, or compliance records.
• Account access can be removed, and personal account data may be deleted, deactivated, or anonymized where appropriate.
• Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, audit, dispute, backup, or childcare compliance purposes.

Data Covered

A deletion request can cover account profile information, contact information, login access, mobile app identifiers such as push notification tokens, and other personal data associated with your CentreCareOS account. Childcare center records may be retained by the school or care organization as described in our Privacy Policy.
